Other Ways to Access Therapy With Me
We understand that accessing mental health care can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating insurance and payment options. In addition to private pay, there are a few other ways you may be able to access therapy services with me:
Spring Health
I’m a partnered provider with Spring Health, a mental health benefit offered by many employers. If your company partners with Spring Health, you may be eligible for therapy services through your workplace benefits at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
What to do:
Check with your HR department or log into your Spring Health account to see if I’m available as a provider.
Headstrong Project
If you’re a veteran or active-duty military member, you may qualify for free mental health care through the Headstrong Project. I’m a partnered therapist with this organization, which provides confidential, stigma-free care for those who serve.
What to do:
Visit getheadstrong.org to learn more about the program and see if you qualify for services.
If you have any questions about these programs or how to get started, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help you navigate the best way to access care.
