Trauma-Informed Immigration Evaluations Tailored to Your Case

Types of Immigration Evaluations We Offer

Asylum

These evaluations assess psychological trauma related to persecution or threats in the applicant's home country. They help document the emotional and psychological impact of the trauma to support an asylum claim.

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)

These are for victims of domestic violence, helping to document the psychological impact of abuse to support an application for legal status under VAWA.

U-Visa

Designed for victims of crime in the U.S. who have suffered significant mental or physical abuse, these evaluations document the psychological harm experienced as a result of the crime.

T-Visa

These are for victims of human trafficking who have suffered severe trauma. These evaluations assess the emotional and psychological impact of trafficking to support their legal application for residency.

Hardship Waiver

These evaluations are used to demonstrate the emotional, psychological, or medical hardship that a U.S. citizen or permanent resident would suffer if their relative is deported or denied residency.

Other Unique Cases

We offer psychological evaluations for unique cases, including SIJI (Subject to International Jurisdiction), DACA-related hardship, and cases involving criminal convictions that affect immigration status.

Individuals who undergo psychological evaluations for immigration cases are nearly twice as likely to be granted relief. In situations where every detail matters, these evaluations can be the key that turns the tide, offering a lifeline to those seeking safety and a new beginning.
