Relational Therapy for Individuals & Couples
Intimacy, Trauma, and Complex Relationship Dynamics
You may understand your patterns—but still feel stuck in them.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, desire differences, or uncertainty about your relationship, this work goes beyond insight to create meaningful, lasting change.
Who This is For
This work may be a good fit if you:
Feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns despite prior therapy
Are navigating conflict, disconnection, or emotional distance
Are questioning whether to stay or leave a relationship
Are experiencing desire discrepancies or challenges in intimacy
Are exploring non-monogamy or complex relational dynamics
Our Approach
Our approach is rooted in understanding the deeper patterns shaping your relationships and emotional experiences.
I integrate attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic work to help shift what hasn’t changed—moving beyond insight into new ways of relating to yourself and others.
This is a space for meaningful, sustained change—not quick fixes.
Specialized Care for Unique Journeys
I have a particular focus on:
Couples therapy (conflict, repair, ambivalence, infidelity)
Intimacy and desire dynamics
Non-monogamy and evolving relationship structures
Relational trauma and attachment patterns
I provide bilingual (English/Spanish), culturally responsive care and work with individuals and couples navigating cross-cultural dynamics, identity, and relational expectations shaped by culture.
In-person sessions are available in Denver (City Park). I also offer virtual sessions for clients in Colorado, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
I offer private-pay services and support out-of-network reimbursement.
